ANNE DURANCEAU, double bass Anne Duranceau was born in Montreal, studied the double bass at Laval University, and obtained her Master’s Degree in Music at the University of Arizona, traveling to participate in many workshops and festivals with several teachers. She plays with several ensembles in addition to Ensemble Absinthe, among which Sinfonia, and the Klezmer group Mad Nomad.
