Alexander Dunn

Canadian classical guitarist Alexander Dunn has performed in Canada, the USA, Cuba, New Zealand, Mexico, Brasil, Southeast Asia, China, South Africa, Western and Eastern Europe, and Russia. He performs as a soloist and as a chamber player with musical colleagues locally and nationally. He has been a featured soloist with the CBC Vancouver Radio Orchestra, Victoria Symphony, and orchestras in the US and elsewhere. He performed the premiere of Noche de Ronda, a Canada Council commission composed for him.  He enjoys music for guitar for many different eras and styles.  Mr. Dunn currently heads what is considered one of Canada’s top guitar programs at the University of Victoria and the Victoria Conservatory of Music.
