DOUG BALFOUR, piano

Doug Balfour is an accomplished pianist, accompanist, music director and composer who has performed extensively in classical, jazz, popular and show performances throughout Canada, the United States, and Europe. He has music directed productions of FOREVER PLAID, AIN'T MISBEHAVIN'. PUMP BOYS AND DINETTES, and HOTEL PORTER among others, and has played for such major touring shows as PHANTOM OF THE OPERA, RAGTIME, and SUNSET BLVD. He was a member of the Jessie award winning big band for SWING, which reopened Vancouver's historic Stanley Theatre.
