HEATHER MACLEOD, soprano

Soprano Heather MacLeod youthful vocal studies were with Ingrid Attrot and Sigini Murgatroyd at the Victoria Conservatory of Music and, she has since pursued her vocal training in Boston, and in Louisiana with well-known teachers in those cities.

From her beginnings as a member of the Victoria Children’s Choir, she has gone on to win in festivals and competitions in Canada and the US.  Heather has performed as a soloist with the Victoria Symphony and Sooke Philharmonic, and was the featured youth soloist for the Victoria Symphony Splash performing for over 40,000 people in the Inner Harbour.

She is currently pursuing her advanced vocal studies at Louisiana State University’s Vocal Performance Program.
